swagner@clegal.com [vcard]  Sherri Wagner is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She focuses her practice on real estate, finance and construction law, including the preparation and negotiation of documentation for real estate acquisitions and sales, leases, construction and lending transactions. Sherri joined the firm in 2007, having previously practiced for ten years as a partner at a Houston real estate firm and prior to that was with a Galveston firm for four years. Sherri has received and maintained the highest legal ability rating and the highest general recommendation rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. Sherri is a member of the State Bar of Texas, as well as its Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section. She is also a member of the Houston Bar Association and its Real Estate Law Section. Sherri graduated from Texas A&M University in 1989 with a B.B.A. in Accounting with Honors. She received her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 1992, graduating cum laude.
